Property code: OC-CPV101

A charming second-floor apartment overlooking Porthleven Harbour, the most southerly port in the whole of the United Kingdom. With easy access to St Michael''s Mount (8.5 miles), Porthleven Beach and the South West Coast Path, it is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful getaway by the sea and features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a king-size bedroom and a spacious balcony offering enviable views.

The apartment is located on a narrow road in a corner position overlooking the harbour, with numerous attractions nearby accessible on foot. Accessed via a staircase, the bright and modern apartment is a perfect place to unwind, with large, uncluttered rooms bathing in natural light that pours in from multiple angles. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is dominated by plump, inviting sofas at the centre of the room in front of the Smart TV, with kitchen work surfaces and a dining table off to the side. There is plenty of storage space in the king-size bedroom, while a stylish bathroom is just a few steps along the landing. Patio doors in the lounge lead out onto a balcony area with seating and engaging harbour and countryside views that come into their own at dawn and dusk. Private, on-site parking for one car is also available in the property''s shared car park.

Porthleven''s coastal location makes it an attractive destination for everyone from water sports lovers and walkers to history buffs and naturalists. The bustling harbour area and Porthleven''s gorgeous sandy beach are well within 500 metres of the apartment, while the South West Coast Path, which takes in Loe Bar and Mount''s Bay, can be picked up from the town centre. St Michael''s Mount is a mere 8.5 miles away, while the gardens of Glendurgan, Trebah and Godolphin - all great for a relaxing stroll - are within 13.5 miles.

Lovely location, even in November we were able to sit on the balcony. Great to have a car park.

One of the best locations in Porthleven, and very useful to have a carpark space. The kitchen had just about every appliance and gadget that you can think of. The bed and settees were very comfortable, we had a perfect holiday.
