Experience the vibrancy of Looe when you stay at this seaside villa with views right across the harbour. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom holiday home makes a superb base for anyone seeking a bucket and spade break, as well as access to great walks and family attractions. Exquisitely finished, and with a wood burner, this colourful, three-storey abode has an outside seating space, where you can linger over a bottle of wine as the boats drift by.
Make your way into this impressive cottage by climbing five steps. Find yourselves in the hallway, where you can shuffle off your beach sandals or walking boots. Stroll through to the lovely, light-filled lounge/diner, which marries gorgeous period features with colourful, modern touches. Light the stylish, blue wood burner in here on chilly days to bring a cosy ambience to the room and spend the evening playing fun, holiday games or settle down in front of the Smart TV. The bay window captures the fantastic views out over the harbour. Adjoining the main room is a galley kitchen, where you can rustle up hearty feasts for your party, before dining at the table in the main room. At the end of each exciting day away, head to the upper floors of the house to find your bedrooms and bathrooms. These include a double, a twin, a family bathroom and a separate WC on the first floor and a king-size, with an en-suite shower room, on the second floor. Soak up the sea air out on the patio to the front of the property as often as the weather permits. There is no parking here but guests can load and unload.
Stroll just over 0.5 miles to spend time on the golden sands of East Looe Beach. Plan a day out to Cornwall’s famous Eden Project, 23 miles away.
