Accommodation was spacious, comfortable and suited us perfectly. It was good to have use of the garden at the back of the property for the children and dogs. Amenities were all close by within walking distance.

Templeton was perfect for our family group of 5 adults and a 2 year old. The toddler loved the view from the lounge windows - cows, buses, tractors. It was a short walk to the beach, co-op, cafes and restaurant, and the Saints Trail cycle path was great for a run or a walk to Goonhavern. We enjoyed coast walks, taking the train into St Ives, DairRead moreyland farm park, various National Trust properties and Tehidy Country Park Hide

Lovely, comfortable holiday home in a really convenient location. We didnt have to use our car at all during our stay. Plenty of off-road parking too. The house offers plenty of bathrooms which is a bonus when all the family are staying together. We felt really relaxed there and would happily pay a return visit if wanting to return to PerranporRead moreth at some point. A perfect spot for a family holiday. So lovely that dogs are welcome too as we were able to include our two in the holiday. Hide

Templeton is a lovely property, very convenient for Perranporth town and beach. There are convenient, pleasant dog walking paths along the river and the track is wide enough to take a pram or wheelchair. The house is great for families or friends staying together, but with the bedrooms and main bathroom on the ground floor and living areas and beRead moredroom upstairs, it helps minimise noise disturbance if guests are getting up and going to bed at similar times. The kitchen and open plan diner area is a great space and with all the family wanting to cook, we found it well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, two good sized doubles and one small double. We were three couples, a toddler and a baby and had plenty of room. The high chair and cot provided were of good quality. The garden has a lovely layout, with apple trees and trampoline at the top and good seating arrangements on the patio with convenient access for our two dogs. We found the management very responsive and helpful when we needed support. Hide

A lovely, well equipped and comfortable holiday home with a sheltered sunny patio and a great garden for children. Very peaceful location with level access to the beach. Stunning coastal scenery and walks, and an interesting mining heritage. We hope to return soon.
