This third-floor apartment is in an incredible location in Fowey with amazing views of the harbour and estuary across to Polruan. It has a spacious open-plan living space and is perfect for friends or family with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two parking spaces and a balcony for enjoying the views.

Light and bright, it has comfy furnishings and original wooden beams, and amazing views from the living room, balcony, and king-size bedroom. Step into the spacious kitchen/diner, rustle up tasty meals, grab a quick cuppa at the breakfast bar, and eat together in the dining space. Next to it is the living area, where you can relax on the sofas in front of the TV or a good movie, and soak up the views, with patio doors to the balcony. The king-size bedroom makes a relaxing haven, it’s light and airy and has a handy en-suite shower room. There’s also a pretty twin room and a bathroom for everyone to use. Take a glass of wine out to the balcony to enjoy the wonderful views as the sun goes down on another fun day.

Wander into Fowey to visit the town’s excellent range of shops and places to eat out. Grab a pasty from the bakery, enjoy fresh seafood, pub grub or fine dining, and, of course, you can get fish and chips. The flat is on the South West Coast Path, with stunning walks from the estuary towards the sea. The small, sheltered beach of Readymoney Cove is less than 500 metres away, overlooked by St Catherine’s castle. Catch the ferry to Polruan to explore the other side of the estuary, visit Fowey Aquarium at the quay; the Eden Project (6 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (14.5 miles) are within reach too.

The location of the apartment cannot be faulted along with the asset of a parking place, but unfortunately some aspects of the apartment fell below the standards expected.

Lovely location with easy access to town and parking. Flat 5 is on the top floor with 6 flights of stairs so not for the faint hearted.

This third floor flat (59 stairs) has been nicely renovated and tastefully furnished. Located midway between the centre of Fowey and Readymoney beach, it has magnificent views of the harbour and out to sea. Two parking spaces add convenience not found at all holiday lets in the town. There were strong easterly winds during our stay and the wind noiRead morese was considerable, for us not a concern. Most holiday Lets are at least modestly supplied with a welcome pack of basic kitchen items, some with generous and considerate items. Not so here, a bottle of wine, a pepper mill and a handful of coffee pods. No tea, no milk in fact nothing that said welcome, make yourself at home Hide

Great location & the views are fantastic from the balcony. Clean and spacious with only a 10min stroll to the plentiful pubs, restaurants and shops

Well equipped and presented, top class views, just be prepared for the 59 stairs , but that will do you good.

This is a fantastic apartment which is well appointed, with the most amazing views. Can highly recommend but not for those with mobility issues due to the 3 flights of stairs, or those with small children due to the balcony. Otherwise completely idyllic location. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend
