A wonderful bright, well equipped property. Very Comfortable with beautiful views over looe and the harbour. Set on the west side of looe so hilly and small roads which can be tricky with large vehicles or small (confident driving skills required - locals were on hand to guide us into parking space). Steep steps to the property maybe difficult for Read moreanyone with mobility difficulties. Once inside it is delightful and you will not want for anything, comfy beds, lovely linen and towels and with local shops fabulously stocked for all needs. Amazing coastal walks and eateries to enjoy. Host kindly provided some festive treats for our arrival. A wonderful stay all round. Hide

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house with balcony and views over Looe . The main thing to be very aware of is access to the property as the road is difficult to negotiate and we ended up parking in the car park ( its cheaper to pay for a week in Mill pool car park ). There are also steep steps down to the property.

This is a lovely cottage, with plenty of space. The living area is fantastic open and airy with delightful views over Looe. The sitting area and balcony is great. The kitchen is very well equipped and theres plenty of space to store your food and supplies. We all found the beds very comfortable and the storage for clothes was very good . The loweRead morer rooms felt a bit a damp and chilly so we put on the heating in the evenings. Both showers were really good pleats of hot water and good pressure. The house is up a very narrow sloping road that is quite challenging and if you have a very large car or an anxious driver it would be very difficult and stressful. There are steep steps down to the cottage too. Which if you had a mobility issues or had small children or babies wouldnt be ideal. The location for everything is fab though. Easy to walk around Looe, get the bus or the ferry. shops , beaches and restaurants are lovely friendly people everywhere. Definitely would recommend Hide

Lovely cottage. Relaxing and peaceful views of the river and looe houses. Fairly steep hill up to the house which was fine in our automatic car (people carrier) and parking was tight but we managed it fine because it wasnt full, however I can see it would be tricky even with a smaller car to park if it were full. Bed was extremely comfortable andRead more decently sized and the rooms were a good size too. We hadnt realised it was over three floors (didnt read small print!) so not ideal with young children but can work it so that the younger ones are on the same floor in the basement. The house was quite chilly so would advise packing some warm clothes unless heatwave/warm weather forecast. Kitchen and place well equipped and a fantastic selection of board games etc to play which looked brand new. Hide

A nice cottage well equipped but we had issues with the ensuite bedroom as the shower ceiling was black and damp with a dehumidifier running 24/7 and smelling very damp so we couldn't use the ensuite. After several days the cleaning company admitted there had been a leak 4 weeks prior and offered compensation which we accepted as we were nearly hRead morealfway through our holiday.
