This beautiful barn conversion has a private path down to the beach, perfect for a wonderful holiday on the rugged North Cornwall coast. Friends and family will love this luxurious pad, with a gorgeous garden, an amazing open-plan living space, and space for three canine companions.

The house has been lovingly styled with bold colours and contemporary artwork; its upside-down layout maximises the stunning views. The spacious, light lounge/kitchen/diner is on the first floor with everything you need for cooking, plush sofas for relaxing in front of the cosy wood burner and a Smart TV (plus a Smart DVD player, Apple Box, and Sonos speaker). The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, a pretty king room with a stunning en-suite shower room, a relaxing super-king (or twin) and a cool single room, as well as the gorgeous family bathroom. Heading outside, soak up the sun from the patio, light the BBQ, and feel free to use the picnic table and games area in the large paddock.

Families, walkers, and surfers alike love the long golden sands and waves, there’s a surf school based there if you want to book lessons. Nearby you’ll find a fish and chip shop, cafes, beach shops and restaurants, and a pitch and putt. Newquay is 5 miles away, reachable by car or on foot along the coastal path, and Padstow is 10 miles away, home to some wonderful eateries. Play golf (1.5 miles), visit the Eden Project (17.5 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (22.5 miles).

Location was good and lots of room, well equipped apart from the sofa and chair in lounge which looked great but so low and uncomfortable.

Traeth Barn is a beautiful house, close to the gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach. The owners have decorated the barn beautifully and have thought about so many things that will mean your holiday is really enjoyable from the little welcome package to wireless chargers! We had such a lovely two weeks at Traeth Barn.

A beautifully designed cottage, no expense spared with furnishings and equipment. Views were stunning. Not for the elderly or unfit however due to the ups and downs of the area. Easy access to nearby towns eg Padstow, Boscastle, Newquay. Very well presented.
