A chic, contemporary house in an amazing location with incredible views close to beaches and attractions, this property certainly has the wow factor. It’s perfect for the whole family, including the four-legged member, with ground floor bedrooms and a wet room, a private balcony, enclosed courtyard, and luxurious features.

One of four designer beach houses, it’s high spec throughout, with underfloor heating, stylish decor, and all mod cons. The reverse-level layout maximises the incredible views and the contemporary living space is on the first floor. Kick back in the spacious lounge, with a Smart TV and BT box, access to the Juliette balcony and a door to spiral stairs to the rear terrace. The stunning kitchen has a gorgeous breakfast bar, and a door leads to the small front balcony. There’s also a utility/cloakroom on this level. The three beautiful bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king with a TV, sliding doors to the rear terrace and a stunning en-suite wet room, a super-king (or twin) room, and a bunk room with a cool nautical theme. The Jack and Jill bathroom is accessed via the super-king and the hallway. Outside there’s an enclosed courtyard with a handy outdoor shower, plus a roof terrace, with awe-inspiring views.

Walk straight onto Pentire headland to explore the coast with your trusty companion by your side. There are 11 beaches to choose from to go rock pooling, building sandcastles, surfing and paddleboarding. Treat yourselves at Newquay’s pubs, shops, and restaurants from less than 650 metres away. Head to the harbour (1.5 miles) to book a boat trip to explore local wildlife or go fishing. Go out on the lake at Trenance Gardens and Leisure park (2 miles) and visit Newquay Zoo (2.5 miles).

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need within walking distance . Perfect for dog owners as beaches clues by are dog friendly. Highly recommend.
