This is a great flat, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Most of all it is an amazing situation. It had all the equipment you would want. The beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a great week in this flat in lovely Padstow.

Pros and cons of Sandpiper. Pros: location for Padstow is unbeatable. The flat is spacious, there is a great wee coffee machine, lots of TVs, showers are good, beds comfortable and there is a resident pigeon in the courtyard who looks constantly confused. Cons: parking is not for the faint hearted - we managed to manoeuvre a VW van into the space bRead moreut only with tenacity and determination. And there is a mould/damp issue affecting the bathrooms and kitchen due to its ground floor location and lack of ventilation. Hide

Had a lovely stay at Sandpiper for the second year running. Very spacious for 4 adults. Great location in Padstow. Parking space for a small car. Nice sofas and table area and liked the separate kitchen area. We had everything we needed, and great to have 2 bathrooms. Accommodation access by descending a few flights of steps. We would stay again.

The apartment was in a great location for the centre if Padstow. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Being in the basement does mean its quite dark and the bathrooms don't have windows or extractor fans so do stay quite damp. The parking is very tight and we don't have a big car.

Excellent spacious accommodation. More than adequate for us. Only minor issue was the dehumidifier having to be constantly on, but not a big deal. Parking space for our flat was adequate.

Great value for money. Fantastic location. Spacious and comfortable. Brilliant detail - torches by every bedside, charging leads, TVs in all bedrooms, well stocked kitchen.

Brilliantly spacious, comfortable and well equipped property in a great location which made for a fantastic stay overall. Some noise from upstairs flat but to be expected. As noted in other reviews, also some issues with ventilation. We found it difficult to park our Seat Arona in the allocated space (number 1) alongside neighbouring vehicles anRead mored given the narrowness of the road outside. We chose the long stay car park close by instead which was good value at 26.40 for a whole week. Hide
