Lovely cottage, fitted out to a high standard. No outside seeing area (didn't bother us and the position of the building doesn't allow for it) but the Plume of Feathers, 100 yards down the road has a nice beer garden at the back as well as a very good restaurant. Excellent central location near the A30, so it is very easy to get to anywhere in theRead more peninsular. We loved our stay there and were sorry to leave. Helen and Phil who are the owners are so friendly and helpful, we would love to go back for another stay. Hide

Our 2nd stay at The Cart House and would return again. Everything is high end from the decoration to the appliances and even the hand wash. Its perfect location, 2 minute walk to Plume of Feathers and straight on A30. The hosts are excellent and keep you well informed. I honestly cant rate this high enough. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
