The Cart House was a great property, and everything in it was like new and top spec. I was very clean and well presented. It was spacious and bright and had everything we needed for a week. Its in a nice village and very accessible to the A30 to explore Cornwall. It would have been great to have had a garden for the dog but we were out exploring wRead moreith him everyday and so it wasnt an issue And everywhere we went was very dog friendly, including the local pub (The Plume of Feathers). The owners were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Hide

Fabulous stay! Lovely, clean & modern property. Very comfortable bed Only slight downside is that there is no garden area for the dog, saying that.. a lovely village to walk round. Overall excellent stay.

We had a fantastic long weekend at The Cart House, it was well equipped and everything was spotless. Very handy location made it easy to reach everywhere we wanted to go (we did day trips to St Ives, Eden Project, Lands End, St Michaels Mount and Padstow). Would recommend a meal at The Plume of Feathers pub just down the road. We had no reason to cRead moreontact Phil and Helen but knew we could if we had any problems. There is no outside space or bath so just be mindful if you have a dog but we managed just fine. Perranporth and Holywell Bay are good beaches nearby. Overall we would definitely recommend The Cart House! Hide

The property is beautiful, and the owners have thought of literally everything you will need whilst away from home. Helen communicated well & was very kind & thoughtful. The Cart House was outstanding her attention to detail was excellent & the quality of fixtures & fittings were certainly at the luxury end. Plus an added bonus of a great pub serving good food just a 100 yds up the road! A very pleasant & comfortable stay I would highly recommend this property.

This was a very last minute booking and I have to say, probably the single best place we have been to in Cornwall. Everything from the booking, directions, instructions before and on arrival were well thought and perfect. The accommodation was like nobody had been in before. Very clean and tidy and there wasnt a need for anything further. Little tRead morehings had been thought about by the owners. This was for us perfect - comfortable, quiet and a great location for us. Anyone booking this place would not be disappointed and I hope that others get to experience such a great place. We had no need to contact the owners whilst on site but were aware if we had any issues what we needed to do. Little notes left around the property also helped us have a great experience. A highly recommended property that we look forward to going back to again. The booking process and quality of the property is of the highest standard and better than any other we have experienced in Cornwall. Hide
