It is less than 500 metres with your buckets and spades to reach the sandy expanse of Porthleven Beach, or four miles walk along the South West Coast Path to Praa Sands with its great surf making it ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
This contemporary property set over two floors retains the original feel of the cottage with wooden doors and an exposed stone chimney in the dining area and blends them beautifully with elegant furnishings in coastal hues. This is a real home-from-home with an open-plan lounge/diner providing a lovely social space with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a window seat that allows plenty of natural light. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the first floor, where you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with a raised decking area, table, and seating - perfect for enjoying the evening sun.
