This gorgeous reverse-level holiday home for four is perfect for families or friends travelling together and is set on private headland with direct access onto Porth Beach. A spectacular location along the North Cornwall coast, you’re sure to find this a peaceful retreat with the added appeal of being just 500 metres from the bustle of Newquay, one of Conrwall’s most popular resorts.

Step into the bright and welcoming hallway and head up the staircase into the first-floor living area. A lively space, decorated in a sophisticated boho surf style, it is a wonderful environment for guests to relax in with the lounge/kitchen/diner being open-plan and perfect for socialising. Opposite the dining area is a small balcony, so you can open the doors and let the fresh sea air in or sit out after dinner. Downstairs, you’ll find two attractive bedrooms; a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room and doors which lead onto the terrace, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. If you fancy an al fresco meal, the enclosed deck with some overhead coverage (from the balcony) is a fine spot to enjoy a meal on a warm evening.

Fantastically located, from the property you can pick up the South West Coast Path just footsteps from your door and there is also direct access to Porth Beach, so you’ll find plenty of opportunity to explore this beautiful area and enjoy sea swimming or bodyboarding. Across the headland (0.5 miles), you’ll find the beach at Lusty Glaze, a privately owned sheltered cove that welcomes the public free of charge. Under a mile away, you can reach the centre of Newquay, which is always a hive of activity and offers an abundance of cafes, pubs and restaurants to visit during your stay.

We stayed with our dogs and can honest say the location was amazing ! Walks from the front door to the cove and fantastic public transport links . We would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family !

A useful location near to a beach, and about 10 minutes walk from the Mermaid, a lively beachside dog-friendly pub serving the usual bar meals. The house was extremely well equipped and there was a very nice welcome pack.

Perfect location between two beaches, and short stroll into Newquay centre. Lovely clean apartment well equipped with thoughtful touches left in the apartment when we arrived. Would love to return!

Really enjoyed staying here. It was a short, step free walk from the car park to the house. And as there were no cars nearby it was blissfully quiet, all I could hear was the sea! Depending on the tide, it was a 5 minute walk to Porth beach and there are lots of other amazing dog friendly beaches in walking distance. I would certainly stay here agaRead morein. Hide
