Sleeping three guests, the open-bedroom, loft-style retreat looks out over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay. Situated just 40 metres from the beach and right beside the South West Coast Path, the delightful holiday home comes with the added benefit of terrace for soaking up the sea air.

Enter the building and make your way up to the third floor to find your private quarters. Step inside to discover an airy open-plan space that is bathed in natural light. This generous lounge/kitchen/diner has a relaxing ambience and splendid sea views, making it the perfect place to unwind after your excursions. Find good films to watch on the TV, cook up the locally sourced ingredients you have bought in St Ives and dine together round the table. There is a sofa bed in here for one guest. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and doors on to the terrace. There is a family bathroom. Have breakfast out on the terrace on sunny mornings and sit outside over after-dinner coffee on fine evenings. There is parking for one car with this apartment.

Keen walkers can lace up their hiking boots and head straight out on exhilarating walks along the South West Coast Path. A short stroll of 300 metres will take you across the Island to St Ives Head, with its far-reaching views. Wander down to Porthmeor Beach to swim in the sea, make castles on the sand and enjoy surfing. Other beaches at Bamaluz, 350 metres away, and Porthminster, 0.5 miles away, are also family friendly. Explore the streets of St Ives, finding bars, cafes, shops and galleries all within 500 metres. Visit Tate St Ives, 350 metres from the apartment.

Lovely location right near the beach and very quiet. Be aware parking is tight.Bathroom needs a bit of modernisation. Lots of steps.Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at 48 St Nicholas court lots of steps to the top but we knew that anyway . Views out of the window where stunning we saw some lovely sunsets . You need to be very nimble to park your car in the space provided as the driver will have to climb out as you cant open your door or doors if the car in the next space is parked once youRead morer in . Apartment is in a good position. Great to have parking. Third floor so be prepared for lots of steps. Apartment was clean, well equipped but felt the bathroom could do with an update.

We had a wonderful holiday here, we come to St Ives every year and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. You are so close to the sea you could almost touch it, with spectacular views as it is on the top floor of the complex. The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, Read moreno washer / dryer but you can use the on-site launderette if you need to. Secure free parking too, which is a blessing. Hide

This was a lovely property close to the beach. It had lovely views and was so comfortable in every way. Ability to wash wet suits and boards in the communal wash area for ease. Lots of outside space to enjoy meals. Perfect location to the beach. Quiet, no noise to disturb resting time.
