Enjoy your proximity to the beautiful beaches of St Ives, as well as art galleries, shops and eateries, when you retreat to this inviting, ground-floor apartment. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom holiday home is situated in an excellent position for anyone wishing to make the most of the vibrant Cornish town. In addition to providing comfortable internal accommodation, the apartment also has a terrace where you can take in the sea air.

Open the front door and step inside to find a generous lounge/diner, with a bay window that brings the natural light pouring in and captures the sea views. Relax in here together after your exhilarating excursions, perhaps in front of a good film on TV or over a board game at the table. Head through to the kitchen to prepare the fresh produce you have bought in St Ives so your party can dine together at the table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to assist you in your culinary endeavours. When you are ready to lay your head for the night, wander through to either the comfortable king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower room and a door on to the terrace, or the welcoming double bedroom, with TV. There is also a family bathroom and separate WC at the apartment. Relax out in the fresh air on fine mornings as you plan the day’s fun. Parking for this apartment is in nearby pay car parks.

Stroll 350 metres from the apartment to spend time swimming or surfing from sandy Porthmeor Beach. Porthminster Beach, which is popular with families and those who enjoy water sports is 0.5 miles away. Head to the harbour 350 metres away to book a boat trip or walk the same distance to wander through the galleries at Tate St Ives.

Amazing location near town and beaches. The flat was comfortable but a bit tired in places, and a few things that made it harder with 2 small children e.g. highchair too dirty to use, microwave broken, nowhere to hang washing.

2 Ocean Breezes is a spacious property. Good location although need to be aware there are steep hills on all sides so may not be suitable for everyone. Car park opposite is good but always busy, may have to wait for a space. Easy check in and we were surprised how spacious the property was with 2 good sized bedrooms snd 2 bathrooms. Clean and wellRead more equipped, with a small outdoor space to dry your washing ect. You can see the sea through the lounge window beyond the car park. Overall we had a pleasant stay, thanks. Hide

We loved our stay in St Ives, the apartment is close to the harbour and the car park just over the road was a god send! The apartment has everything you need for your holiday, beds were comfy and living area very spacious, we loved the patio door in the bedroom with access to the small outside area. The only down side for us was the walk back up toRead more the property from the harbour, it is very steep, we were both exhausted by the time we got back and this put us off going into the town ! Fantastic location - a short walk (downhill) from the main surfing beach, the town and all other beaches. Ideal for 2 couples, especially with the bathroom and en suite. All towels are provided and there is a bookcase with some games and books too.

Overall we were very happy with the accommodation except on the last two days the weather turned windy and the skylight in the bedroom wouldnt shut completely so lots of debris blew in onto the bed which wasnt pleasant to have to sleep in there

We had a great stay and the property was in a perfect location for parking and access to the town and beaches. Fair price at this time of year. It was five stars in many ways. Slightly lower scores because we never heard back about cot dimensions and the spare room was a bit of a squeeze. We had no heating for the first day of our holiday when the plumber arrived to find out why he found that the heating had been turned off at the boiler, not sure why as it was 4 degrees outside and very cold in the apartment. The boiler was behind a screwed in cover so we could not access it and had to wait until the following day nearly 20 hours aRead morefter the arrival at the property.
