Wake up to the sound of waves rolling into shore from this romantic bolthole overlooking St Ives’ Harbour Beach. The stylish kitchen is set to the rear of the room, and there’s also a cute table for two overlooking the sea. Across the shared landing, through a lockable door, you’ll find an attractive double bedroom and a sleek en-suite shower room. There is no outside space with this property, but with the sandy beach on your doorstep, you’ll have ample space for pre-breakfast strolls and soaking up the Cornish sunshine.

St Ives is a quintessential Cornish town, with winding, narrow streets, fishermen’s cottages, and a fascinating array of local boutiques and galleries to explore. For art enthusiasts, there’s also the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum. When it comes to sandy beaches, you’ll be spoilt for choice, with Porthgwidden, Porthmeor, Porthminster all within a short walk; as well as the Harbour beach on your doorstep. Keen walkers will be in their element, with the South West Coast Path passing through the town, offering jaw-dropping scenery and excellent opportunities for wildlife watching.

The studio location was amazing with the most amazing view, even if they were interrupted on our first morning by the window cleaner. The lay out of the apartment is somewhat different, with the living accommodation and sleeping accommodation divided by a shared hallway with the upstairs apartment. We did unfortunately find this noisy when the guesRead morets with young children staying above us were leaving early in the morning. It was equipped adequately, right down to salt and vinegar and washing up liquid. Car parking was a little bit of an issue, with the closest car park getting full very quickly, if you have a vehicle bigger than an SUV I wouldnt recommend trying the island car park (closest to the property). Slap bang in the middle of St Ives harbor with plenty of food and drink options. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the window seat views on a daily basis. Hide

We loved the location, the view from the flat is amazing, you can almost reach out and touch the sand. It is a busy spot above the slipway and close to the pub which means that there is always something going on. It is also a prime busker location, some were very talented but some less so. The hallway splitting the flat in two lockable sections is Read moreodd. If you have nice people in the flat above it is ok, we were lucky in this respect. We would come again though as we had a fab week. Hide

Location. Location. Location. Despite the quirky layout we keep returning to Quayside Studio. It is very relaxing to watch the tide come in and out twice a day. Great for people watching.
