Right in the heart of St Ives, this two-storey apartment is the perfect bolthole for families and groups of friends seeking a traditional seaside escape. Stroll out of your front door and you’ll be right amongst the action, with a fantastic choice of shops and eateries to explore. You’ll also be just 100 metres from one of St Ives’ iconic, sandy beaches and the picturesque harbour.

Access the property via the owner’s private courtyard and a flight of external steps. Inside, the cheerful, two-storey apartment is bright and airy, with crisp, neutral paintwork offset against a smattering of colourful soft furnishings and accessories. The open-plan, light-filled kitchen/diner is a sociable space, with all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday, and a dining table to seat everyone. There’s also a sofa for reclining on whilst the dinner cooks. The two bedrooms and a family bathroom are also located on this floor. Upstairs, via an open-tread staircase, is a fabulous mezzanine lounge, with a selection of comfortable seating. Spend time here, chatting about your day or watching a film on the TV/DVD. There is no outdoor space with this property, but with the beach just 100 metres away, it’s easy to enjoy a breakfast picnic on the sand or a sunset stroll.

There’s something for everyone in the vibrant town of St Ives. Potter amongst its cute, cobbled streets to peruse the boutiques and galleries, before heading down to the bustling harbour to sample some delicious seafood in one of the many restaurants. Boat trips regularly depart from here, offering jaunts along the coast and visits to Seal Island. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep, with the stretch branching away from St Ives considered one of the most spectacular of the whole trail.

A bit tired but very clean and well equipped. This property is central St Ives with parking - an absolutely brilliant location near the life boat station, but be prepared it has no views from windows.

Flat was lovely, stayed in this property many times. Outside area of other properties is a disgrace - plus bins all over at entrance from street and far too dark for me at 65 to negotiate safely. Needs security light at court entrance.. Very disappointing conclusion to many happy years staying here...

Very well situated as literally next to the harbour but very quiet. Comfortable rooms with high quality bed linen which made sleeping very easily. The free parking space was a bonus although having to keep unlocking and telling the barrier and post was a bit of a pain but can also understand the necessity. Kitchen very well equipped. Steps and pathRead moreway up to property was tricky when dark and wet. Very well equipped property and we really enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking to rebook again for next year. Highly recommend. Hide

Great property, suitable for up to 5 people. Property in ideal spot, close to the town, and close to the sea. Would recommend.

A comfortable apartment with a parking space. It is a short stroll to the harbour and Fore Street so very conveniently sited.

Opted for this property as it comes with a parking space adjacent. Fantastic location just yards away from St Ia church and the end of Fore Street. Comfortable, well equipped and recommended.
