Enjoy superb sea views from this spacious apartment, located minutes from the heart of vibrant St Ives and its gorgeous beaches. Perfect for couples or small families, it has the benefit of two bathrooms, a private patio and an allocated parking space.

This high-standard apartment is on the ground floor, although from your allocated parking space it’s 12 steps down to the back of the apartment or, entering from the front, you’ll take two steps up to the front door. Inside, the generously proportioned lounge has squashy seating and a TV and DVD - though you’re just as likely to want to admire the stunning views! There’s a dining area with seating for four, and an elegant kitchen with great facilities, including a dishwasher. The king-sized bedroom boasts sea views, a TV and an en-suite shower room, while the huge twin room has a TV with a DVD. The family bathroom has not only a whirlpool bath but also a separate shower. To the front of the apartment you can enjoy some fresh air on the patio, where there’s a table and chairs for alfresco drinks or meals while gazing out at the waves.

Wander less than half a mile downhill and you can be on the golden sands of Porthminster Beach in no time. If you fancy a change, try any of the town’s four other glorious beaches, or book a boat trip out on the waves: you can fish for mackerel, enjoy an exhilarating RIB ride or spot the seals on a narrated cruise. Feeling arty? Head to Tate St Ives or the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. And if you want to venture further, the magical island castle of St Michael’s Mount is 9 miles, Geevor Tin Mine 11.5 miles and the Minack Theatre 18 miles.

Lovely apartment clean and had everything we needed

The property was clean and had all the equipment we needed. Is very spacious and in a great location. The view is lovely and so easy to walk into St Ives and Porthminster beach. We had a problem with the toilet, this was promptly fixed the same day when we contacted the management team. The only problem I personally had is that there is too much Read morelight in the main bedroom. There are 3 very bright lights outside the room and the shutter blinds do not block the light out, I found it quite difficult to sleep as need a dark room. Black out curtains would be a great addition. Other than that we loved our stay at the apartment. Hide

Fantastically spacious yet cosy accommodation in a great location. It had everything we needed - the designated parking made coming and going hassle-free. Absolutely loved the massive round orange chair - perfect for reading/snoozing! We really didn't want to leave.

The flat was amazing, so clean, comfortable and spacious. My son even said he couldnt believe someone would have a flat this nice and not live in it! Having a decent smart TV was a bonus too. I would absolutely book again. The kitchen was very well equipped. Some feedback/info (not criticism), towels are there but quite small, it is situated up steRead moreep hills/stairs so consider accessibility if booking. Theres only two small loo rolls provided, so bring/buy more and no tea or coffee unlike some other flats weve stayed in. Had a great week in a great location. Hide

The apartment was lovely with excellent views and all amenities were of a high standard. The only downside was the parking space which at 1.8m was too narrow for our car which is a ford focus and measures 2m. This made it very awkward for us as one of our party is disabled so we needed to use the car regularly.

Communication with issues has been very poor. Resolving issues has been slow. Overall a sad and unsatisfactory experience.
