Take a break and enjoy sunshine, sea and smiles in this refurbished apartment. It’s the ideal place for a small family and their dogs to enjoy the beautiful countryside and charming town of St Ives. So why not pack your swimming costume and join the fun?

This property is all on one level, one step up from the ground. You’ll find a long living area with a kitchen, lounge and dining space included. At one end are patio doors and large windows for plenty of natural light. It’s perfect for socialising and enjoying the company of your loved ones before you head out for the day, or for when you return, sunkissed and sandy. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. They’re comfortable and pleasant, perfect for deep and restorative sleep. Both have access to the patio via doors. The outside area is a lovely suntrap and features a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals here if the mood takes you.

However, if you don’t fancy cooking, you’ll find plenty of spots to grab a bite around St Ives. You’ll be about 0.5 miles from the centre of town, where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and spots for fish and chips. Why not enjoy them on the beach? Porthmeor Beach is 200 metres away, or Porthminster Beach is 1 mile. The former is popular with surfers. For wildlife, check out Clodgy Point where you can find sea lions (1 mile); National Trust Godrevy (10.5 miles) for seals; or Penwith Heritage Coast (16.5 miles) for wild ponies. If you prefer tame equines, take a hack from Old Mill Riding Stables (5 miles). Complete your holiday at St Michael’s Mount (9 miles), an island which you can walk to via a causeway to find subtropical gardens and a medieval castle.

Super roomy flat with all facilities one needs for a two week stay. We loved it. Central location, quiet, great beds, outdoor space for dog.

Generally we love staying at godrevy terrace. This is one of the best apartments in the complex we have stayed at. The views are ruined by the building work and we appreciated the reduction in the cost for the week. Parking in st Ives is always a premium, however its frustrating when you arrive and someone is parking in the dedicated spot for tRead morehe apartment. We would likely stay again. Hide

Good location, only a few minutes walk to the harbour. A masive advantage having a parking place on site out side. The property was very well kept and clean as well as being a good size.

Flat was lovely great sized rooms. Loved two toilets. Very comfortable. Great to have a parking space. Really close to the beach and high street just a short steep walk but keeps you fit. Would definitely go again.

Lovely apartment in a great location, with the added bonus of a private parking space. Only a few mins walk to the beach and town centre. Would definitely recommend
