Views are the big part of staying here. Upon arrival it looks a bit sketchy w holes in side entrance and outside needing some sprucing . It's a bit run down ie mirror in bathroom was gone but holes and screws still there. . Rug in bedroom was stained . Kitchen was adequate but cabinets were delaminating . Steep narrow stairs to get to living Read morearea so not suitable for large or disable . Close to beaches via steep walks back but that's St.Ives . Close to walking paths . A bit of care would make this a wonderful stay instead of ok . Would stay again if above items were corrected . Keep in mind , god value if u considered how pricey stays are here in general. Good communication to office . Hide
