Overall acceptable but let done by cleanliness and tired accommodation such as broken toilet seat etc. Good location though.

As described, the parking was tight for a medium sized car but we managed after several attempts. The 55 steps up to the property could be a problem for some but the location and view over Porthmeor beach was worth it!

Excellent location and view but apartment is very tired and in need of renovation. Have to say we've stayed in better apartments for less money so was very disapointed. Also parking isnt great it does state the dimentions and thats there limited space. However don't assume if you car fits into the space you can get it in the parking space. My car Read morefits the space but there was no way of getting into the space. I would suggest if you have a car bigger than a ford focus you wont be able to get it in the space. Hide

Perfect location with fantastic views, close to town centre. Extremely well equipped. Car parking is only appropriate for a small car. It is very tight to turn into the space.

Fabulous property. Two very private balconys, one off front room and one off bedroom. Would definitely have stayed again if it werent for the parking. There is fair warning in property details. The car space is adequate, its more trying to manoeuvre in with there being 4 pillars. We had a small Audi A1, beware of anything bigger. Really good location. Parking is awful, very very tight, had to get it in inch by inch, thought it the car was going to get stuck, if it wasnt for a fellow holiday maker we wouldnt have got out. It didnt say anything about it on the website, only in the welcome pack in the apartment. Could do with updating. Had a lovely holiday though, becausRead moree we love st Ives and the view is to die for. Hide
