When it’s time to retire, the double bedroom and handy en-suite bathroom is found just down the hallway.

Grab a beach towel and a good book to head to the beach, discovering Bamaluz Beach, Porthmeor Beach and Porthgwidden Beach each less than half a mile from home. Those who prefer to get a bit more active can sign up for surf lessons nearby or lace up hiking boots to embark on a seal-spotting walk along the South West Coast Path. We truly had the most wonderful time. The view from the main window was spectacular and kept us amused for hours as it was ever changing. We couldnt wait to get up in the morning and look at it. The central location also meant you were 2mins away from the heart of the town and harbour. We got the train into Carbis Bay also beautiful and used the SpRead morea there which I can highly recommend. The communication was clear before arrival but parking was an issue as it was a warm day, drawing in the crowds. The property was clean, functional and well stocked with equipment including a microwave, spare toilet rolls etc. A week was not long enough. Hide

The property was ideally located for the main street, beaches, car park, Tate. Found various shortcuts during the week. Gorgeous views from the living room. It's basic and some things are a bit dated but we booked at a reduced price and it was absolutely worth the money. Nice, bright, spacious living room. Will happily stay here again. No welcomRead moree pack so make sure you pick up milk if you fancy a cuppa when you arrive. Didn't use the kitchen as we are out but there isn't an ice box in the fridge so no ice for drinks. We parked in Barnoon long stay car park for about 26/week. and were lucky to get a spot each time, very close to the property but pretty full most days Hide

Location of property is superb if you can manage steps, less than 5 mins to reach town. Quiet area and lovely views from lounge. Baroon car park very close, left car for 1 week 26. Apartment needs a little updating in particular the bathroom but relatively good value money with discounted price.

Compact but comfortable with everything that you need for a holiday. Fantastic views over St Ives harbour and bay, and steep steps down bring you right into the heart of the town itself.
