Sleeping seven guests, the three-bedroom retreat enjoys an enviable position, with views out over the sandy beach at Porthmeor and towards the green headland known as the Island. Also in a fantastic position for strolling down to the beach and into vibrant St Ives itself, this inviting, modern abode benefits from features such as a terraced garden and bi-folding doors on to the decking.

Let yourselves into this hillside property at ground-floor level and follow the hall through into the main living space. Here the lounge/kitchen/diner has picture windows capturing the far-reaching views and offers a sumptuous space to relax, prepare hearty feasts, dine together and then settle down to watch TV or listen to music. The sofa in here can be transformed into a bed and the doors can be opened so you can step out into the sunshine. Also at this level is a utility room, with WC. Make your way up to the first floor to a king-size bedroom, with an en-suite wet room, a twin room and a single with additional pull-out bed. The outdoor space is the perfect extension to the house, with different areas of decking for basking out in the sunshine and outdoor dining, as well as a terraced, lawned garden. There is parking here for two to three cars.

Amble just 500 metres form the house down to the beach at Porthmeor or spend time on the sand at Porthminster Beach, 0.5 miles away. Pick up the South West Coast Path just 250 metres away and strike out through the adjacent area of outstanding natural beauty and along the cliffs. Discover you are also 500 metres from the celebrated Tate St Ives gallery.

Lovely property but could do with upgrade in places. St Ives Holidays should have given info before/on booking about building works/noise surrounding property and their was an issue with builders vans parked when we tried to get in and out of driveway (know this would not be permanent!). Having said that do stay 3-4 times a year in St Ives, great Read morelocation and would consider staying again! Hide

This holiday rental has the most fabulous views and decking area unfortunately the interior lacked finesse and requires an update There were a few teabags ,no coffee ,no milk normally in place on holiday lets which was inconvenient .Car parking good

A property that lacks nothing in a location that provides breathtaking views across the bay and town. The standard of comfort is high and for our party of four, three seniors and one millennial it suited all our needs. So handy too for the town and restaurants . Our four days simply flew by with no problems at all. Highly recommended.

A comfortable house with fabulous views and lovely terraces outside. Be prepared for walking up steep hills which ever route you take back from town but a fair price to pay for the views!

Lovely house and location, 5 mins from the beach, 10 mins from The Sloop and a brilliant view to wake up to every morning. Left the blinds up and the window open to wake up each morning to watch and listen to the sea. Very relaxing holiday.

We have been coming to this property for years, I suspect the bed linen, especially master bedroom, has not been replaced for as many years and is becoming worn & thin. So much so that the double duvet cover had a tear.

A really lovely property, with beautiful views over the sea. The downstairs living space is really generous for 6 people. This was our second time staying at the house, and would love to stay again.

The property was fabulous but there was no instructions for anything inside the property. We didnt know what to do with things like garbage and there was no bin outside. A coffee machine and tumble dryer would be welcome additions.
