Sitting on The Warren, a pretty lane metres from the sea, this ground floor apartment is in an amazing position and has incredible views. Its quirky beach hut design is perfect for the location. With a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, and stylish open plan living space, it makes the ideal base for a couple or small family to have a wonderful holiday beside the sea.

The property’s style and character make it a unique place to stay, with stylish wood panelling and sophisticated colours. There’s a gorgeous lounge/kitchen/diner where you can cook great meals, enjoy them together at the dining table, relax and watch TV or soak up the views from the sofa (a sofa bed if needed) and window seat. The apartment has a shower room and a lovely light double bedroom where you’ll get a good night’s sleep. For outside space you can perch on the wall opposite the flat, pull up a bench on the headland or while away the evening in a beer garden.

St Ives has four fantastic beaches: Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster. The Warren is just over 150 metres from Porthminster, all four are nearby and have golden sands. Porthmeor tends to be the most popular with surfers and Harbour beach probably the family favourite. Art lovers will enjoy the Tate Gallery (0.5 miles), exhibiting work by British artists with links to the area, and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (just under 500 metres). St Ives hosts lots of exciting events, including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September. There are plenty of great shops, pubs, cafes, bars, and restaurants to keep you busy all year.

We have stayed at the Beach Hut several times. This time due to some disability we spent more time indoors than previously and became aware of the discomfort. The location, of course, remains superb

We loved our time at Crab Rock 1. Directly overlooking the ocean and with a view of the harbour opposite and just a few minutes walk from Porthminster Beach, the location was absolutely perfect! We spent a lot of time simply sat in the cushioned window alcoves watching life on the ocean and the tide coming and going. We are a family of three , witRead moreh our son (7yrs). The apartment is fairly small but enough space for us, with the sofa bed providing the second bed. Kitchen was well appointed and functioned very well and we felt the apartment represented excellent value for money. Hide
