This cottage met our expectations, for the old part of St Ives its actually quite roomy and some noise from neighbours is to be expected. The location is ideal.

The location of this property is fabulous. However, the property is purely functional, not homely or welcoming.

The apartment was in a fantastic location but beware of the property. The front bedroom has mould The no windows in bedroom is awful, stuffy and not safe. Upstairs walking about at 5am rattles all the bedroom doors. I stay in St ives every year, this is the first year I could not wait to leave the apartment. Felt very depressed. Lights in bedroom Read moreso dim and the bedroom wall lights did no work. The TV didn't work wad made out to be a liar when I'm the one that googled how to re boot the all in one remote and fixed it myself. Response from Holiday Cottages - Thank you for your review. Our team came out to fix the light and addressed all issues at the time of your stay. Despite the points raised, we hope you enjoyed your time in St Ives Hide

Great location but in need of modernisation, hard to turn taps/dripping and wobbly bath. The floor wasn't clean either. You can hear everything the people upstairs are doing. Beds were comfy and handy to have washing machine and dishwasher

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect location, beds really comfy, only drawback was the bedroom windows come into the lounge so if you want to stay up to watch the telivision the light and sound can disturb the person in bed, otherwise really enjoyed it.
