Bring the family together and enjoy the bustle of St Ives. This flat is ideally located with convenient access to the sea, the railway station and the centre of town all within easy reach, and you’ll have lots to explore in the wider area, too. This property can be booked with the flat below for larger groups.

The best feature of the flat is the lounge/diner. There are floor-to-ceiling windows which offer an incredible view of the nearby beach, exacerbated by the property’s location on the second floor. It’s a great spot for playing games, reading or relaxing with a meal. Next door you’ll find the kitchen, which is compact and well equipped. You’ll see two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both are comfortable and decorated with neutral tones to be amenable to all tastes. There isn’t a garden, but you will be close to plenty of outdoor spaces, including beaches.

The closest beach is Porthminster Beach, which is just under 500 metres from the property. It’s sandy, with stunning views and cliffs set behind. Surfers may prefer Porthmeor Beach (0.5 miles), which has Tate St Ives Art Gallery on one end and Mans Head rock formation on the other. The town itself has lots of spots for food and entertainment, so take some time to wander around and enjoy the area. Cornwall is full of history and wildlife, including wild seals in the National Trust Godrevy reserve (10 miles) and wild ponies in the Penwith Heritage Coast (16.5 miles). While you’re in the area, take a trip to Land’s End (18 miles from the property) and visit the Merry Maidens Stone Circle (13.5 miles) to learn about the dancing women who were cursed, then go to St Michael’s Mount (9 miles) for the island castle.

This appartment is all about the view - absolutely stunning, the website pictures don't do it justice. Even our dog loved lying there looking out. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. My husband cooked on several nights and found nothing missi g. The location is great for all the bars and shops and the nearest beach (5 minutes walk) and eveRead moren the further beaches are only 15-20 minutes walk away. Always plenty of hot water and every room was clean and tidy. Unloading was a bit stressful, trying not to cause a hazzard on the road but also trying not to block the pavement, but we managed. All the local council car parks are 29 for the week and although we tried the nearby station car park, we were unlucky. Trenwith car park is massive though but it is a bit of a steep walk up there, although there is a shuttle bus service from the town square (I assume there's a small charge - we didn't use it). The only downside is the apartment is right on one of the main one-way routes out of the town. This meant quite a bit of traffic noise and noisy passers-by late into the night, especially on a Friday and Saturday. It was quite warm when we were there so we'd have liked to leave the windows open but this wasn't an option. I did try to use the fan from the living room but that was also noisy. Basically, take ear plugs! As a lught sleeper, even with the windows closed, I could still hear the traffic. Having said that, I would definitely recommend the apartment and we hope to stay there again soon. Hide

This accommodation is all about the amazing view, we have stayed in St Ives a number of times and have never had such a view. it is a little tired but has everything you could need and more, the road nose can be a problem. You are walking distance to the Station car park. So if you want to look out on the harbour 24/7 this should be considered

Beautiful view, great location. Quite outdated decor and lacking in ovenware, no tray or pizza tray etc. We were top floor and people underneath were very noisy all through the night so was a bit of a nightmare for 5 days out of the 7. The view is what makes this property.

As Ive said above location and views are superb! As a twice a year visitor to St Ives weve stayed in many holiday apartments so feel we can make a good comparison even staying at 4 Fernlea Court in October. This apartment is spacious but has a general tired air about it running from good quality curtains unhooked from the pole and in one place tiedRead more to the link and a dingy entrance. The bathroom and kitchen are okay but would benefit from a refit quite soon. So much potential it would be a pity to waste it! Hide

Great view of the harbour which meant the TV was almost surplus to requirements - but the flat itself was tired and could do with a spruce up.
