At a long gait, with the tide in, you can make it from front door to paddling in 25 steps! Absolutely ideal location, tucked away slightly from the bustle of the harbour. Plenty of room and excellent amenities. The cottage itself is quaint and beautiful. Can't knock this place at all. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a stay!

Lovely location and quirky cottage with mostly original features which made it feel quite cosy. Small kitchen and dining area but adequate for basic meals and felt like going back in time which was actually nice! Very comfy beds and good sitting room. Lacks the modern features of a lot of converted/refurbished places but we actually found this quitRead moree endearing. 30 seconds walk from one beach and 90 from another, so close to the shops and everything you could need. Made it ideal place for us this trip. Could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly but all was tidy. Great selection of toys provided for the beach which was helpful. Hide

The cottage is tired and in need of a deep clean, some TLC and some renovation, great location for the town but not the drug related activities which happen in the alleyway behind, the price is acceptable but the level of cleanliness is sadly lacking

Location is excellent , cottage is dated & shabby but if you want to be in the heart of St Ives you could maybe see past this..... we've stayed twice but won't book again after looking at other properties nearby that are better equipped for the same price.
