An archway takes you to the lounge/diner where you will find comfortable seating for TV watching, a pretty bay window with a window seat, and a fireplace with a wood burner for those cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a holiday chef could need and features French doors that open onto the patio area. On the ground floor, there’s a wet room and a bathroom, while upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms – a double with views over the fields and a twin with an attractive bay window. Outside, take advantage of the shared lawned area adjacent to the cottage for parking up to 4 cars and the small slate patio area which leads from the kitchen French doors which has a garden bench and garden furniture and a small portable BBQ, which is positioned at the rear where you can relax and dine in sunny weather.

Discover the charming village of Little Petherick, nestled at the head of picturesque Petherick Creek. Take a 3-mile drive from the village to the port of Padstow and immerse yourself in the town’s bustling harbour, discover unique shops and galleries, and indulge in mouthwatering local seafood at one of the many excellent restaurants. For those looking to get active, head to the start of The Camel Trail in Padstow and explore 18 miles of stunning countryside by foot or bike. For bucket and spade days, there are many incredible beaches in the area, such as Trevone Beach (3 miles), and spend happy days sunbathing, rock-pooling, swimming and surfing.
