A lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage ideally located to explore South West Cornwall. With cosy comfortable bedrooms with stunning views of the sea to wake up to. A very comfortable and cosy lounge to relax, a vast selection of board games and puzzles available, you would never be bored staying at this cottage. The seating areas in the gRead morearden are well placed to catch the sunshine at any time of the day. We enjoyed strolling down into Mousehole where everyone was so friendly and welcoming and even walking back up the hill got easier after a few days!!. Definitely a cottage that we would like to return to for another relaxing stay. Thank you Tamarisk Cottage. Hide

The cottage is exactly as described. Very cosy and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. The garden is beautiful a view of the sea from the top garden. The table and chairs outside is situated in a lovely sunny position. The walk down to Mousehole is a 10 minute stroll. Longer back up the hill but ok if taken slowly. The whole weeRead morek was lovely a good location to visit what Cornwall has to offer. Hide

Loved the cottage - it was really cosy, well equipped (including basic kitchen staples like olive oil, sunflower oil, salt and pepper and foil, washing up liquid etc.), and clean. Great selection of maps, games and DVDs and everything well labelled and clear. Lovely welcome with flowers, hot cross buns, clotted cream and jam etc.). The garden, had Read morethe weather been better, would have been a real delight. The location was fantastic - sea views, close to the costal path, parking, and walkable into Mousehole (hill on the way back). We would definitely consider returning. Only a very minor point was that one of the cupboards with cooking equipment in it smelt damp and we had to rewash before using - also same for glasses stored in lounge. Not sure that the tight walk round the bed and chimney in the main bedroom was mentioned online and this may be difficult for those older than ourselves - knocked shins on the wooden bedframe before getting used to it!
