Suffolk cottage was well positioned overlooking the sea, on the beach side of harbour. Lovely loft sitting room with sea view. Easy walk to beach, harbour and Porthlevens cafes and pubs. Well equipped with thoughtful touches. Would love to return

The cottage is very stylish, clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay there. So convenient for the beach and the town. Lovely to hear the waves and the seagulls.

The cottage for us was perfect. From the moment we walked in it felt fresh, clean and homely. The kitchen was very well equipped and very clean. We didn't use the downstairs living room or the second bedroom but the other rooms in the house were light and airy. The main bed room was large, the bed was comfortable and super sized. The shower waRead mores excellent and there was never a shortage of hot water. The loft room was our main place to relax in the cottage; what a fabulous additional room. Again, light and airy and so lovely to be able to see the sea while warm indoors. In terms of the location, again, perfect for us. Private parking really helped. A lovely walk to/from the harbour. A local, friendly, pub just around the corner. Hide

The nicest property for the nicest area. Bed was very comfy, house is well equipped, large tv in the loft to watch films at night. View from the bedroom and loft are out of this world. Couldnt have asked for a better location to spend the week. Will be coming again!

Very nice cottage, we liked the fact that strair gates were provided. If you are elderly you may find the stairs a little steep as my 88yr old mom struggled and couldn't join us in the loft room, so unfortunately it went unused.

The property had everything needed for a family holiday. The rooms were very comfortable, very good shower and spent most time in the excellent loft room looking out to sea. Very close to the harbour shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house in a fantastic location close to the sea and amenities in Porthleven. Very comfortable lounge and bed, great bathroom too. We loved the addition of the converted attic which had lovely light, the telescope and a large TV fo entertainment. The only comment I would say is that it would be useful to have basics such as salt, pepper, bakinRead moreg foil and more kitchen roll in the kitchen. Apart from that, a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Hide
