A lovely spot with garden overlooking the sea and offering panoramic views. Our week was plagued by misty weather but we still enjoyed some invigorating walks and Porthlevens delightful eateries - Amelies in particular. The accommodation was comfortable, we enjoyed our time here.

Stunning location in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Convenient parking space right opposite the cottage and Porthleven & the beach are just a short walk. The best part is comfortably the little cliff top garden. Perfect cottage for my wiffe, daughter and I.

The cottage is very clean and tidy with everything you could need for a holiday home from home. It also has good Wi-Fi connections. The only thing I would have preferred was a dishwasher instead of the washing machine but this a purely personal thing and in no way detracted from a fabulous holiday. We would definitely return to Kelynack.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location. Stayed for a week. Had everything we needed. Car parking space was great and the little garden over looking the beach was a pleasure to sit in and take in the views. Only a 8 minute walk to the harbour shops and pub so just perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cottage was extremely comfortable, well situated for a short walk into Porthleven. All the equipment was of a good standard and having its own parking space & small garden was a bonus

We found Kelynack to be very cosy, great views and brilliant location. The car park space is very useful and the private seating area overlooking the sea was a big bonus! We hope to be able to return.

This cottage is blest, weather permitting, with a garden seating area in one of the best situations in Porthleven with uninterrupted views across Mounts Bay. Also it has a very important bonus of its own large parking space opposite the Cottage.

Characterful cottage with great views in lovely town. Quite well equipped but probably best for two adults as second bedroom very small. Owners very helpful when contacted. Tony and Helen West Sussex
