Our stay at Coachman's was great. The cottage is lovely and comes equipped with everything you would expect and require for a self catering style holiday. The 5 bedrooms arranged over 2 floors were ideal for us. Particularly the top 2 second floor bedrooms which felt spacious, bright & airy and modern. Both rooms came with access onto a wrap aroundRead more balcony offering stunning views over the countryside and Padstow to the North. The three other bedrooms on the first floor are smaller but still reasonably sized. The ground floor layout had a nice open plan feel to it despite it being an old cottage. Kitchen was very modern and has a stacked double oven and all mod cons. The games room comes complete with games console and a pool table with cues that have actually been looked after and therfor playable unlike so many other similar games rooms I have seen in previous properties. The only downside was the slight drainage issue in the shower cubicles which is something you have to stay on top of, ensuring the traps are rinsed out regularly. This wasnt a huge inconvenience for us but was something I havent really encountered before. Overall Id give CoachMans Cottage an 8.5/10. Hide

An excellent property in a wonderful location. We stayed for a long weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner has thought of everything and Coachmans was spotless and comfortable.

This is a lovely property. Really comfortable sofas and beds which was a nice surprise. We loved that everything was as described in the booking details. Very friendly owner who gave us brilliant suggestions on where to go and what to do. We had a fabulous time even though the weather was changeable. Thank you so much.

We stayed for four nights and had the best time! There were two families, 9 people in total and we had plenty of space to relax without being on top of each other. Fantastic location to dip in and out of Padstow and the surrounding bays. Quite sure we'll be back again in the future

The cottage is excellent, the two top floor bedrooms are outstanding as is the BBQ and the games room. The middle floor bedrooms are a bit small and dark. OK for children. The garden is big enough and the outside table lovely for meals when the weather permits. There is a very good sunshade,

Location just outside Padstow, gives loads of beach options and 24hr M&S Food shop is 10 mins away. Beautiful property , loved having electric gates to keep kids safe and for privacy. Loads of parking. The stairs are hard for the grandparents, and there is a low ceiling on stairs to watch out for. For a large party its a great place to stay wRead moreith high quality appliances and ample seating for food and chill time, and sun loungers too. Pool room really nice, although stairs are steep. Great table, a bit tight for proper play, but good fun. Showers are smart, clean and modern. Garden area fab for young kids, with plenty of space to run around and very private. The Village isnt anywhere youd go for a quiet stroll as the road is too busy/tight with no pavement. Its a great bolthole in an area full of places to visit so its no issue. Hide
