Treat yourselves to a sublime stay at this impressive holiday home right at the heart of Cornwall’s colourful Padstow. Sleeping 10 guests, the five-bedroom abode, makes a sumptuous base for a large group of friends or family members eager to enjoy a stay in the enticing coastal town. Within walking distance of interesting independent shops, renowned seafood restaurants and the Camel Trail, the property, from which you can glimpse views of the estuary, comes with a tiered garden for outdoor relaxation in the summer months.

Make your way into the immaculate Edwardian house to discover it now has a fresh, modern interior design. Choose between its two lounges to play game together, read your books or watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Take turns at whipping up hearty holiday feasts in the lounge/kitchen/diner, using the fresh produce you have bought in Padstow. Gather round the table for lively meals together or relax in here on the soft seating or in front of another Smart TV. There is also a utility room, with WC, at ground-floor level. Four of the bedrooms, two king-sizes with beautiful estuary views, one bedroom also has its own balcony, one double and one twin, are on the first floor, together with a family bathroom and a family shower room. A king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and TV, is on the top floor, this room also features stunning views. Spend sunny days out in the garden, keeping an eye on children as there are steep steps and different levels. Light the BBQ out here in the evening and take in the views out towards the water. There is parking for four cars with this property.

Plan day trips out to the beaches at Harlyn Bay, 4 miles away, and Treyarnon Bay, 5 miles from your base. Hire bikes in Padstow and cycle 5.5 miles along the traffic-free Camel Trail to Wadebridge.

What a wonderful property considering there were 10 of us in the building including children there was so much room

Lovely house and ideal location. Easy parking for 3 cars. Highchair and cot available although not listed. Also lots of plastic bowls, cutlery etc for children. Shame the house is up for sale!

This property was fantastic for a large group, well equipped and spacious. Beware if mobility limited as there are no railings on outside steps nor in showers. Location is ideal, short walk into town. Sufficient parking for 3 cars which is nice.

The house was really spacious and was bigger than the photos suggested. The kitchen was of high quality and really well equipped. The location was just a short walk out of the town. All in all we had a brilliant stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

It was an excellent, well equipped property for a large family gathering, with splendid views of the Camel estuary across to Rock.

Beautiful house, very spacious with fantastic views. Location close to the town was excellent and we didnt need to use the car much during our stay.
