This beautifully finished apartment makes a fantastic base for couples or small families with a bright open-plan living area, garden and balcony to enjoy. Situated less than a mile from Fowey town centre you can rest assured that there will be plenty to entertain all ages, from fantastic eateries for the foodies to water sporting opportunities and days out at the beach.

Welcoming you into your holiday home is the living room/kitchen/diner featuring calming decor in white and blue tones. A large, luxurious sofa and armchair offer a place for you to put your feet up and relax with natural light flooding the room through the dual-aspect windows. The sleek kitchen will have you feeling inspired to get cooking with local produce and the dining table for four is a perfect spot to bring the family together for a meal. What’s more, from the open-plan living space you can access the balcony with a table and chairs offering a lovely spot for your morning coffee. Two bedrooms make up the sleeping arrangements, one with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and doors leading out to the balcony whilst the other is a king-size zip and link which can be made up as a twin upon request. Completing the property is the bathroom with a bath and overhead thermostatic shower. Outside there are pretty shared gardens for you to enjoy at all times of the year.

Whether you’re an avid gardener or in search of an adrenaline rush, the Eden Project (5 miles) is a fantastic destination for a family outing. Here you’ll find the world’s largest indoor rainforest, a Mediterranean biome, a zip line over the grounds and so much more. For a true taste of Cornwall, head to The Lost Gardens of Heligan (13 miles) to explore the not long uncovered grounds which have been brought back to life and offer endless hours of intrigue as you traipse through the woodland pathways and rope bridges. Along the coastline from Fowey, you’ll find a whole host of blissful beaches which can be reached on foot by taking the South West Coast Path Trail including Polridmouth Cove (3 miles).

This apartment is a perfect location for exploring Fowey as it is a short delightful stroll to independent shops and restaurants, with the added bonus of a numbered parking space views from lounge and terrace gives a glimpse into the Fowey way of life

Great flat, in a great location, with the added bonus of parking. Very comfortable, however on this occasion the apartment was not as clean as would be expected on arrival which was disappointing at this price point.

A fantastic location with great views of the river and the car ferry; there is always activity to watch. Very well equipped and comfortable. A 10 minute stroll to the shops and quayside in the centre of town.
