Perfect location across from the Marazion sea front, and for access to the rest of Cornwall. House stayed cool during July heat wave. There is parking but not allocated so first come first serve, I stayed out of peak summer and always found a space fine. Car park is mighty tight so need to be sensible.

A great apartment for 2 couples with 2 ensuite rooms and very good showers. Close to the pubs and restaurants in Marazion and to St Michael's Mount. Private parking is a real bonus in Marazion as well. It was also lovely and cool which was so important this year. I would definitely book again.

the apartment was perfect for our kids and us as the bedrooms were divided by the living room and kitchen. we found everything for the first breakfast, the kids - coming from south africa - loved the clotted cream package! thank you so much for that! the location outside the apartmentblock (two storey) was enchanting as within a few meters we coulRead mored see mount st. michael and had the beach on our doorstep. marazion itself is a beautiful little village, perfect for adventures around cornwall. Pebbles is a wonderful holiday apartment. It is comfortable, clean, light and well equipped. Both bedrooms have ensuites, and are either end of the spacious living area. The location is quiet, tucked away near the sea and children's playground, with no road noise. Parking outside was a bonus. I recommend this property.

This is a very well located property - probably the best location we have ever stayed at given the proximity to the beach and all the shops, etc in Marazion. There is a lot you can do from the property without driving anywhere - the beach obviously but also the castle on the island and walking to Penzance in one direction and Perranuthnoe in the otRead moreher, both easy walks on the Coast Path. There is a lot else to see within easy driving distance. Inside the property everything worked well though we had an internet outage when we were there - not an issue inside the property but with BT and the owner got it sorted quickly. Having two bathrooms was good given we had four people, and having a washing machine was also good as we stayed for two weeks (this is outside in a cupboard - but not shared with anyone else, and is also a dryer so no need to worry about drying clothes). The only downside of this property is the car park - its a tight layout so if you have a very big car you might struggle unless your reversing skills are brilliant. Top tip is to take the spot at the far end on the left as this is the easiest one to get in and out of. Despite the warnings of first come first served we always had a spot, and our car is relatively small (Golf) - a seven seater or people carrier may struggle. Hide

Lovely stay and a great location. The washing machine and two en-suite bathrooms were an added bonus.
