Lose yourselves in the beautiful views from this impressive single-storey home in Padstow. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom haven looks out across its own gorgeous gardens and the Camel Estuary beyond. Stroll down to the harbour, browse in colourful shops and dine out in the town’s celebrated restaurants. Pick up the Camel Trail from close by and stroll along the traffic-free route to Wadebridge.

Wander inside to find airy, modern accommodation to suit a small family or two couples on a break to Cornwall together. Gather after your trips out in the lounge/conservatory/diner to relax and take in the far-reaching views over the water. Watch the Smart TV in here too or listen to music through the Bluetooth sound bar. Head through to the kitchen to whip up tasty meals or to make a cup of fresh coffee in the machine; then enjoy it at the table or on the soft seating in the magnificent conservatory. When eyelids begin to droop, make your way through to king-size bedroom or the twin. There is also a family bathroom at the holiday home. Soak up the sunshine out in the beautiful, mature garden at this retreat. Light the BBQ on summer evenings and dine under the stars. There is a washing machine and storage for surfboards and cycles in the garage. The property has space for two cars to park.

Follow the Camel Trail for 5.5 miles to reach Wadebridge, where you could have afternoon tea, complete with fresh scones and clotted Cornish cream. Venture 14.5 miles by car to have a day out on the white sands of Rock Beach. Harlyn Bay, 4 miles away, is also popular with families on bucket and spade breaks. Camel Creek Family Theme Park, which the kids will adore, is 5 miles from your base.

In approximately twenty years of holidaying in various cottages, in England and Wales, we have never stayed in a property where so much thought had been given to the presentation, decoration and comfort for the guests. It was a pleasure to stay there and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

Lovely property in a great location. The conservatory provides a great view of the estuary which was a blessing with inclement weather.

We regularly book with Original Cottages for our breaks in the UK. Each year we book for Cornwall and Suffolk where were all the properties we have used have been great. The service we receive is always first rate and I highly recommend the company to my friends and family.

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Its location is ideal providing easy access to the Camel Walk with magical views overlooking the estuary. I read previous reviews which gave glowing reports and Im delighted to have been lucky enough to stay there.

Pipits was the perfect spot to stay. Less than 5mins from the centre of town. The property is very comfortable and has wonderful views.

Staff very helpful when booking, good communication since. Cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable and in great location. Close to Padstow centre but quiet and fantastic views.

We have stayed in four other properties in this area and whilst all were great Pipits had the edge not least because of the spectacular views and very comfortable furnishings - a true home from home.

Beautiful bungalow and views from conservatory priceless. Perfect location, easy walk into Padstow & along the Camel Trail. Views from the conservatory stunning and can be enjoyed whatever the weather!
