The customer service telephonists are really helpful but are only used to save the people at CC time and energy. They are used to pass info back and forth and seem to have no way of being given a way of having answers to information which clients ask for. Whenever possible we will in future rent properties where we can directly talk to the owners aRead morend thus get real answers to any questions which we have. CC should do more for clients who pay large sums to rent properties, giving correct info, answering phone requests etc. With regard to question below I would recommend the property but not CC Hide

Although the apartment was clean and a good layout it is not centrally heated. We stayed for New Year and the apartment was freezing cold and would not recommend for winter stays. There are very steep steps leading into the apartment and more steep steps inside which we found difficult. Location was good, near to shops and harbour front.

Superb location as it is close to all the lovely parts of St Ives. We travelled all the way by train, so no need for any parking facilities. We ate in most nights and there was everything we needed. Take your own toilet paper and shower gels - minimal amounts provided. Everything else excellent.

Cottage was comfortable and had everything needed for a self catering short stay. Nice location but only in quieter months, as wouldn't like this property in the heat or busiest time of summer in St Ives.

Nice cottage in a very central location, clean and plently of kitchen equipment, but do bring everything you might want in terms of consumables - Loo roll, salt, pepper sugar etc.
