Have stayed at Lupin many times over the years - we keep coming back as it feels like a 2nd home. We have family in nearby Wadebridge and find that Lupin is a great hub for all the family to come together. The most peaceful and beautiful location and a comfortable and very large property. It was a nice touch to receive a card, chocolates, sparklRead morey and a few more bits from the owners. We will be back again soon! Hide

The floorboards need replacing or fixing down properly, constant noise when someone is walking upstairs. The beds are not comfy and the lodge generally needs an uplift. The kitchen especially.

A true hidden gem waiting to be discovered! Whilst a little dated and rough around the edges, this only added to the charm of this spacious cottage. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate downstairs toilet and heated boot room; Lupin cottage provided the perfect half term winter break for our family of 4 adults, 2 children and a golden retriever.Read more The kitchen was extremely well equipped, which made cooking a real joy. A true home from home. Yes, the cottage would benefit from a deep clean every few months and yes, a few repairs here and there wouldnt go a miss (i.e. it would have been nice if the air bath was working during our stay), however the Sauna certainly made up for this. Hopefully separate feedback sent to the owners will be addressed. One of the main benefits was full access to the on-site heating swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and games room. Would we come back? Absolutely! Hide

We absolutely loved our stay at Lupin Lodge, the house was a fantastic size and great location. Just one negative point to make, the water pressure wasn't too good, we couldn't have more than one shower or tap on at a time. Other than that, great stay and would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Lupin. Everything needed (and more) was there and the property was immaculate. Garden was as described - private, but not fully dog proof. Happily return

On arrival there were no dishcloths or pan scourers to wash up with. Although there were 4 external doors, there was only one key (need a key for each lock). The internet access failed the day after we arrived (Tuesday), so we were unable to use our computers and mobile phones and although we reported it to Main Reception on Wednesday morning, itRead more wasn't repaired until Saturday morning, causing 2 of the party to miss an on-line meeting and a course. No Welcome Pack to speak of. Consider the above 3 points to be basic, particularly when Lupin cost over 1,000 for the week. Hide
