A short half-mile walk takes you down into Padstow, a magnificent town with plenty of renowned restaurants for those night’s when you can’t be bothered to cook. You can embark on an exhilarating sea safari boat ride from the harbour or simply take the passenger ferry over to Rock (1 mile) to visit their stunning sandy beach (1.5 miles). The town is dotted with places where you can rent bikes, partly owing to the Camel Trail bike ride which starts here (1 mile) and threads through Cornwall to Wenford Bridge (13 miles).
