This charming property, situated in the foodie destination of West Looe, is perfect for small families or couples that are looking for a restful break in a wonderful part of South East Cornwall. Sleeping four over two tranquil bedrooms, this property has a delightful coastal theme running throughout that reminds you of how close you are to the seaside. Take your pick of seating on the tiered terraces and relax with a drink in hand, looking out towards East Looe Beach and the sea.

Take the steps up to the house and enter into the beautiful lounge where a wood-panelled feature wall and grey, blue and yellow tones give it a beach hut feel. A stunning window seat offers the ideal place to read a book while looking out across the cliffs. The bright and airy kitchen diner is ideal for whipping up meals; dine alfresco on the patio at the front or terraces to the rear to make the most of the sunshine. Upstairs, the peaceful bedrooms invite you to have a good night’s sleep; drift off among the blue tones of the sea and wake up invigorated and ready to explore.

Head off to the sandy East Looe Beach just across the bridge (1.5 miles) where the children will love making sand castles, or visit the crystal-clear waters of Polperro Beach (5 miles) that’s accessible from the South West Coast Path. Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (5 miles) is always a hit, and you can’t miss the Eden Project (22.5 miles) while you’re in the area. Book a boat trip out to wildlife-rich Looe Island with Looe Sea Safari (1.5 miles) where you may see grey seals and nesting birds. And for a leisurely stroll and a bit of history, visit Lanhydrock House and Garden (17.5 miles).

Absolutly beautiful house with the most breathtaking views imaginable! House was imaculatly clean with everything you could possibly need. The bed was so comfortable. Very steep access and down into looe harbour if you have any mobility issues. The garage is very tight, so tight we didnt use the car again until.going home. JUST managed to get my vRead moreauxhall mokka inside, but tight squeeze to then get out of car. However if not in.peak season there is ample free parking down the road. Hide

We loved this house, it is one of the best houses weve ever stayed in. Very comfortably furnished with everything we needed. The views are amazing and make the climb up the hill worthwhile. The heating was effective and kept us cosy as Storm Benjamin blew through! Looe has lots of great places to eat, we particularly enjoyed The Fish Market and TheRead more Sardine Factory. There is a great little delicatessen/Londis behind the fire station which has the best pasties! Hide

The cottages location provides a fantastic view of Looe and the coastline towards Rame Head. It should be understood that the climb to the cottage is extremely steep and the garage is very narrow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dawn End and the coastal walks to Polperro and Millandreath and would also recommend walks from Kingsand which is only Read morea short drive away Hide

Lovely cottage , great views, garage just fitted my Nissan Juke. Stairs to property are not the best but worth it for the views. Didnt venture to the back of the property gardens & views due to very steep access.

We were very impressed with this immaculate property and its gorgeous views of Looe and its sandy beach. We loved walking our dogs down the the dog friendly Hannafore beach before breakfast each morning (although you do need to climb about 150 back each time). The large bed is very comfortable and of good quality. I could just squeeze my MercedesRead more C class estate into the garage which made if very convenient. It a bit of a walk to East Looe town centre but the "The best Pub in Looe" is just at the bottom of the alley leading to the town and when the tide is in the ferry saves a couple of hundred yards. We loved our stay at Dawn End! The views were the highlight. Clean, well-equipped holiday accommodation with the bonus of parking. Garage is on the small side but we managed with a Jag XE. We liked the position on the West side of Looe - quieter and enjoyed the walks into town. We will rebook to stay here in the near future!
