This beautiful two-storey cottage is situated in a peaceful area of Padstow, overlooking glorious Cornish countryside. This property is a good choice for a small family wanting to be close to the harbour, sandy beaches, and coastal paths.

A sense of homely comfort sweeps through the ground floor with seaside greens and blue creating a relaxing vibe. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax and chat in the lounge while a neat, fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to create delicious family meals. Dine at the table overlooking the garden, or better yet open the back doors and dine outside on the patio. From the ground floor, stairs sweep up to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located. Featuring a double bed and twin beds, both bedrooms are light and breezy and adorned with fresh furnishings. Back on ground level, the rear garden is a serene space with its neat lawn, shrubs, and colourful foliage. Throw some local fish on the barbeque and enjoy outdoor dining or head to the front patio and relax with a drink at the table.

From the property, it’s 0.5 miles to Padstow Harbour. Here you can watch the fishing vessels unload their catches and then enjoy a meal at one of the excellent seafood restaurants. For a day at the beach, take the foot ferry to Rock. It’s a good place for a swim while the more energetic can enjoy windsurfing, kayaking, and sailing. Walkers can also explore the coastline on foot with The South West Coast Path less than a mile from the property or hop on bicycles and explore the 18-mile Camel Trail.

Great property with suitable private garden and lovely sunny back and front with seating for small BBQ. Although small it was ideal for families or couples/ friends. Location is perfect for walks to Padstow Harbour and supermarket within walking distance.
