  • Beautiful three-storey holiday cottage with stunning sea views
  • Cosy traditional interior with renovated wooden beams
  • Explore the nearby Looe seafront and scenic coastal paths

Property code: OC-L10094

This charming cottage, situated next to Looe Harbour with stunning views of East Looe Bay, is the perfect seaside getaway for you and your guests. Sleeping five over two peaceful bedrooms, this three-storey property is an opportunity to enjoy fantastic coastal walks along the South West Coast Path, accessible less than 500 metres from the cottage, and beautiful villages with spectacular waters. Head down to Polperro (5.5 miles) and experience the crystal-clear sea, or visit the delightful model village.

As you step into the holiday home from the back, you’re greeted by a wonderful farmhouse-style kitchen diner with exposed wood beams and stone walls. The entire property has a lovely coastal theme, with thoughtful artwork and furnishings dotted among sea-blue and sandy tones throughout. Wood-panelled ceilings and walls with carefully-selected light fixtures in the lounge make it feel like you’re staying in your very own cabin on a boat; look out of the large window out towards the waves. At bedtime, head up to the rooms on the first and second floors; the second floor is home to a brilliant bunk room that’s an ideal den for kids, while the first-floor double is a relaxing haven with exposed stone walls and sea views.

Take a boat out to wildlife-rich Looe Island from Looe Sea Safaris, less than 100 metres from your doorstep, and see how many birds and grey seals you can spot. On land, Porfell Wildlife Park (8 miles) is home to many exotic animals and Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (4.5 miles) houses over 30 monkeys. You must visit the Eden Project (22 miles) while you’re here with its tropical biomes; you can even take a zip wire over the park with Hangloose Adventures! When you’ve tried East Looe Beach (100 metres), head up to sandy Millendreath (3 miles).

We had a lovely holiday in Looe, the cottage was perfect - it had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The parking space is a real bonus. Thank you!

What a fantastic place to stay! Overlooking the beach and being able to see the sea was just marvellous. The cottage is cosy and well equipped. The parking space was utterly invaluable as being able to load/ unload right outside the door was just so convenient. Also great position for the shops and restaurants. Beautiful location, very clean. It was wonderful to be so close to the sea/beach and have allocated parking (included in the price)so didn't have to use our car if we didn't wish to. Property is a across 3 floors, with beautiful views.

The cottage is right in the heart of Looe and the allocated parking make life much easier. We were no more than 10 mins from all the restaurants and bars, without having any hills to walk up on the way home. Also, look out for the sunrise the cottage is perfectly located.
