Savour a sense of peace and quiet when staying in this character cottage on the outskirts of St Mawgan, just 3.5 miles from the coast. All laid out on one level, this converted milking parlour is part of an idyllic working farm location with a friendly owner on-hand and farm animals in neighbouring fields – the perfect destination for escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life. Complete with ample amounts of space both indoors and out, the property offers a warm welcome to six guests and well-suits any family or holidaymaking friends. Come rain or shine you’ll find somewhere to relax together, be it in the cosy lounge or outdoors on the furnished terrace.

A sociable lounge/kitchen/diner creates a wonderful central hub in this single-storey holiday home. Casually separated into three separate areas, you’ll find more than enough room to prepare meals, dine or relax in here. The lounge is presented with cushy seating and a electric fire, so prepare to get cosy as you get stuck into a board game night. You will find three bedrooms and an accessible shower room. The attractive double bedroom features French doors leading out into the garden and an en-suite, whilst a further twin bedroom also offers direct access to the outside.

A lively base for exploring North Cornwall, St Mawgan (1.5 miles) is a sunny little village with a country pub, tearoom and a picturesque Japanese Garden. Your closest beach can be found a little further away at Mawgan Porth (3 miles). Drawing surfers, swimmers or those simply eager to relax on the sands to it, Mawgan Porth Beach is a wonderful place to spend your days. Wonderfully roomy for us (only two persons) and with the palpable silence of the countryside. Animals and birds all around. Just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Trembleath cottage. It was the perfect location to visit a variety of beautiful beaches and enjoy some great coastal walking. The cottage was clean and spacious and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed how peaceful it was and the owner was very welcoming.

A lovely farmhouse in peaceful and quiet surroundings. The owner, Penny was a lovely lady and approachable. She also lived on site looking after her farm, so if there were any issues, she was there. There wasnt any. Everything was perfect in every way.

Had a lovely stay, great location for trips out and loads of surfing/beaches in the area. Our only gripe was that the WiFi is very slow (0.5mb) and the was no phone signal with EE. This made planning trips difficult etc That said we would definitely stay again.
