Set within a small holiday park along the banks of the River Lynher, this light-filled, single-level cabin provides cosy and welcoming accommodation for couples and families discovering the spectacular surroundings of the Saltash area. Providing stylish holiday accommodation for up to four guests, this engaging wooden lodge features exposed brickwork, an open fire, high vaulted ceilings and a bubbling hot tub. There are plenty of shared facilities onsite: a children’s play area, a tennis court and a swimming pool, making this a relaxing retreat for walkers, water sports fans and nature lovers discovering a breathtaking part of South Cornwall.
Entering this delightful property you will find the airy L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner featuring a central dining table, a fully equipped galley kitchen and a lounge with comfortable seating, a TV and an open fire in a handsome brick surround. The lodge also offers two cosy bedrooms: a bright king-size room and a sweet twin, alongside a stylish bathroom. Stepping outside, the cheerful patio has a garden table providing a lovely spot for dining out in the open, or you can take a dip in the private hot tub. The site has plenty of shared lawn space, with a fantastic children’s play area and tennis court, as well as a heated outdoor swimming pool in the summer. There’s private parking for one car outside the lodge, with further space in the shared private car park.
The holiday park lies just outside Saltash (3 miles), a popular spot with water sports fans. Lying between the River Tamar and the River Lynher, Saltash is perfect for exploring South Cornwall, with attractions including Port Eliot Gardens, The Cornish Maize Maze, Adrenalin Quarry and the National Trust’s estate at Antony, all within 17 miles. The peaceful coastal resort of Downderry (12 miles) looks out onto the beautiful Whitsand Bay.
