The property is just 1 mile away from the beloved Hayle Beach, an effortless walk to embark on each day with your dog excitedly leading the way. From here, walk along St Ives Bay to explore Mexico Towans Beach (1.5 miles), Gwithian Beach (3 miles) and other fabulous destinations along the famed South West Coast Path.

The heart of the holiday home is on the ground floor, a sociable open-plan space with a lounge, kitchen and diner in one. The room features everything you need for restful evenings, including a space-saving drop-leaf dining table that can be pulled out at mealtimes. Moving through the property, a utility room and next-door shower room complete the downstairs. On the first floor, a fantastic king-size bedroom with admirable views and a soft, cushy bed awaits you at the end of every day. Finally, a peaceful garden offers an outdoor haven, furnished with a fire pit for those chillier summer nights. There is private off-road parking for one car.

Offering a lido, a bakery with famous Cornish pasties and plenty of local pubs, Hayle town centre is just 1.5 miles away and worth moseying around. A little further afield, accessible by car or on the train, St Ives is 6.5 miles away and exceptionally popular with visitor’s all-year round. The town is an art lover’s paradise and a pro-surfing destination, complete with white sand beaches, impeccable galleries and a whole selection of quality gift shops and eateries to peruse.

Very quiet location. 900m from the sea, 25metres from sand dunes to walk the dog- perfect! House was well equipped and with modern finishings. Plenty to do in and around Hayle to keep busy. Would definitely return again next year!
