Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen/diner has a Smart TV and sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace with stunning views of Fowey. This floor also has a delightful lounge/snug and two super-king-size bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Heading to the upper floor, an additional lounge has a Smart TV, a wood burner, ample seating and vast glass sliding doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the river. Three super-king-size bedrooms are on this floor, one en-suite and the others sharing the family bathroom. Outside, the beautiful landscaped gardens are enclosed and feature a choice of seating areas and a soothing hot tub, providing a wonderful space to sit back and enjoy the far-reaching vistas.

The picturesque fishing village of Polruan offers fantastic chances to spot wildlife including seabirds and seals. A short ferry trip will take you across the river to the bustling coastal resort of Fowey which has a wide variety of friendly pubs and restaurants alongside a cheerful harbour. Hidden Valley Gardens and the Eden Project are both within 7 miles.
