Prepare to be wowed at this stylish ground floor apartment in Plymouth close to heaps to see and do with your friends or family, including eating out, walking and water sports, and visiting beaches, seaside towns, and local attractions. The apartment has an enclosed patio, a lovely open-plan living space, and underfloor heating throughout.

With gorgeous furniture and great attention to detail, the apartment makes a very comfortable place to stay. Go through the hallway to the lovely light open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner, with floor to ceiling patio doors, a Smart TV, board games and books for entertainment, and comfy sofas. The kitchen has smart, contemporary units with plenty of space to prepare tasty meals to enjoy together at the extendable dining table and chairs. Get a great night’s sleep in the king-size bedrooms, both have Alexas and Smart TVs, one also has an en-suite shower room, and there’s a bathroom with a bath and shower over too. One of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed for more space if you need it. Outside is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a parasol where you relax and dine alfresco in the summer sun.

Wander to Royal William Yard (less than 1 mile) for eateries, bars, and shops with breath-taking views of Plymouth Sound. Go wild swimming at Devil’s Point (1 mile) or at the Grade II Art Deco Tinside Lido (1.5 miles). Enjoy Plymouth’s vibrant cultural scene at the Theatre Royal and the Drum Theatre (both 2 miles away in the city centre) and get out and explore the beautiful wild Dartmoor National Park (7.5 miles) and famous Eden Project (36 miles). Head to Bovisand (8 miles) and Cawsand beaches (9 miles) for walks and water sports and discover tidal Burgh Island (24 miles).

Absolutely lovely spacious apartment, clean throughout and everything you would need was supplied even down to beach towels. Secure car park and access to the apartment via security code was really important. Location was excellent with a Tesco extra on the doorstep and easy access to bus stops.

We had a lovely week at this stylish modern apartment. Even though it is in a block we didnt hear any of the neighbours. It is set in a peaceful secure location. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was easy. Close to many places of interest. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. The location was ideal for our family group, within fairly easy walking distance of the city centre, main sights, restaurants & bars. There is a Tesco Express across the road and easy access to buses and ferries.. The area is quiet & felt safe. The huge patio is overlooked as next to a footpath &Read more carpark. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. They have thought of everything. We never felt we needed anything. Kitchen was well equipped on top of milk, coffee, tea, sugar there were cookies in a jar. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, instructions for everything we needed to use were available, bathrooms well equipped, extra pillows, towels, etc and Read moreeverything at your doorstep including a local shop. Why are we sharing the secret of how good this holiday flat really is? We do not want to find it fully booked before we plan our next trip to Plymouth. Skippers Corner is the most modern and best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean,roomy,well laid out with lots of personal touches. The location is very quiet and secure.There is a Tesco express two minutes walk away which is very handy.All the little extra's supplied would rival a 5star hotel. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, bright and very clean flat. Very well equipped. Good security features for entry to car park and to flats. Great location with buses just minutes walk from the flat and a Tesco express within 2 minutes. Used the flat to walk sections of South West Coastal Path accessing via public transport for sections from Tregantle Fort to Noss Mayo.

The property was very well equipped and clearly well looked after. Its in a nice location as so your not awoken by the busy night life of Plymouth uni students. But not to far away if you wanted to walk in to the city centre

An amazing place to stay which offers a high level of comfort. Incredible attention to detail made for a 'home from home' stay with many thoughtful 'extras' that will make this a place you won't want to leave! Slept so well.
