Poorly maintained property. Kitchen particularly unsavoury, dirty crockery, utensils, saucepans etc. Fridge and freezer both iced up and not particularly clean. Surprised that in two week stay we had to change our own linen half way and no mid term clean.

We enjoyed our time in Lostwithiel which is an excellent location for exploring the Fowey valley and surrounding area. The property is in a good position, especially if you like trains. The apartment was warm and fairly comfortable but a few areas are rather ' tired'. The oven needed cleaning so we abandoned our plans to use it for a meal. There arRead moree some nice cafes and a few antoque shops in the town which we made use of. Hide

We had a wonderful stay, and the location is quiet with no noise from the railway unless the windows are open. Even then not much noise! The place has everything you need, and we self catered for week no problem. Some things are worn and need replacing in the kitchen but overall a super place and would stay again.

Really enjoyable stay. House was clean with plenty of seating and well equipped in general (no dishwasher only down side). Short walk into Lostwithiel and balcony overlooking the river. Pet friendly. It was however a really nice property and we would stay again. Really helpful housekeeper.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. Communication with Annie was great, immediate responses and so helpful and friendly. Apartment in amazing location. So quiet but close to train and shops. Everything you could want in a holiday home. So sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Lovely house, main bedroom bed is amazingly comfortable, all you need is there just bring your own personal item to use ie shampoo shower/bath gel, soap etc. in an amazing location right by the river, very quiet. Last train is around 11pm and first train was around 7am because the house is next to railway station no impact on the holiday at all.
