Lovely cozy house, small, but comfortable, with all the equipment you need. Nice owners, who are close by and very helpful. Terrace of the barn is small, but the beautiful big garden is very close by and has several spots to relax in privacy. The garden ends in a real forest! It was fine, everything you needed was there and it was comfortable. Not sure why there are DVD's on the shelf as there was no DVD player in the property so far as we could see. The folder giving details as to local places to visit could do with a refresh as some of the pages seemed quite old, however we already had our plans so it didn't affect usRead more. Hide

Cottage, as advertised, is small and because of this the bed can only be accessed from one side which causes difficulty. However it is in a convenient area to access the many small beaches and the town of Penzance. It is set in lovely gardens and the owners, who are on site, are very helpful.

Small but more than comfortable cottage with real countryside character and charming owner. If like us you have a bus pass and are into walking the location is difficult to beat. Easy access to the Saints way and Marazion on foot and regular bus service to St Ives or Penzance ten minutes walk, so you can park up your car.
