Small families and couples will love the rustic seaside charm of this cottage on the Cornish coast. There are an array of dog-friendly beaches in the local area to ensure endless hours of fun for all the family, including Readymoney Cove (5 miles) and Polkerris (6 miles).

Upon entering the property you’ll instantly fall in love with its quirks, starting out with a characterful kitchen which has country style, blending pastel colours with warm natural wood. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook, with a four-seater table in the centre of the room ensuring plenty of space for all guests to gather together. Up a small set of stairs, you’ll find the blissful bunkroom, stylishly decorated and suitable for both adults and children. A further set of stairs leads up to the living room which boasts far-reaching sea views and a collection of comfortable seating where you can read a book or watch a film. Finally, the sleeping arrangements are completed by the master bedroom, furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed and soft furnishings in muted tones. At both the front and the back of the property are patio areas complete with garden furniture where you can watch the sunset or sit back and watch the world go by.

Embark on an adventure on the South West Coast Path with a walk to Polperro (6 miles) or Looe (9 miles) and you’ll find a wide array of flora, fauna and wildlife beside the footpaths. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are 8 miles and 13 miles away respectively, offering an insight into the past, present and future of plant life across the world, making them fantastic locations for a family day out with various music, culture and food events throughout the year.

A great place to stay, fantastic views over Fowey. The house is on a very steep hill, so would be unsuitable for some.
