Kick back and watch the Smart TV, enjoy a drink or two with dinner at the dining table with views out to the waterwheel. The kitchen is also on this floor, with all the essentials plus little extras, like a Nespresso machine. The lovely double and kids’ bunk room are on the ground floor, along with the family bathroom. The gorgeous king-size room is on the second floor and has a sofa bed (ideal for two small children), as well as a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. Heading outside, throw some burgers on the BBQ or sit under the stars in the bubbling hot tub in the enclosed garden.
The shops, harbour and restaurants are 100 metres away and there are several gorgeous sandy beaches within 1.5 miles, the nearest being 500 metres away. Charlestown harbour is famed for its tall ships and for being a filming location for several TV programmes and movies. The cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the wider area. St Austell is 1.5 miles away, where you’ll find some great eateries, shops, and a brewery. The popular eco attraction, the Eden Project, is 3 miles way and the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan are 7 miles away where there are often fun family events.
